The perfect Armstrongist concern. Armstrong himself would’ve said that submitting to flawed human authority was key to learning the GOVERNMENT OF GOD. Correct or incorrect didn’t matter, just as long as his authority was upheld.  That’s why Armstrongist ministers practice “ministerial discernment.” That is, they make a quick decision based on what sounds good for “the church,” to the point of giving dangerous advice and directives about everything from business to cooking (and of course, healthcare), and then lean on the “Argument from Authority” to justify and enforce everything.
